YW Player — Privacy Policy

YW Player is developed and maintained by WAHBI YASSINE, operating under Elysium Service, a company based in Morocco. We build simple, clean tools for everyday media playback needs.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the app and serve advertising. The following data may be collected:

We do not collect your name, email address, location, browsing history, or any personal media stored on your device. Video files and URLs you open in the app are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Device identifiers are used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Displaying relevant, non-intrusive advertisements to keep the app free for all users.
• Preventing fraudulent ad impressions and ensuring ad delivery integrity.
• Measuring ad performance in aggregate (no individual profiling).

We do not use your data to build individual profiles, sell to data brokers, or make automated decisions affecting you.

YW Player is ad-supported. To deliver ads, Device IDs may be shared with third-party advertising networks and their partners. These networks operate under their own privacy policies and may use the data for interest-based advertising.

You can limit ad tracking via your Android device settings:

• Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads and enable Opt out of Ads Personalization.
• You can also reset your Advertising ID at any time from the same menu.

We do not share data for any purpose other than advertising delivery and fraud prevention.

Device IDs collected via advertising SDKs may be retained by third-party ad networks according to their own data retention schedules. We do not maintain a separate server-side database of your data. Because this data is managed by advertising partners, in-app deletion requests are not available. You may opt out of ad personalization or reset your Advertising ID via Android settings at any time.

All data transmitted between the app and any third-party service is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your Android OS up to date for optimal security.

YW Player is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data. You may:

• Request information about the data we hold about you.
• Opt out of personalized advertising via your Android device settings.
• Reset your Advertising ID to disconnect past ad tracking.
